Singer, songwriter, activist, philanthropist, there is seemingly nothing Annie Lennox can't tackle. After achieving widespread success as the vocalist of Eurythmics in the 1980's, Lennox went on to become a musical icon with hits like 'Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)' becoming decade defining tracks.
As such Lennox has won a stunning array of awards, including 8 Brits, 4 Grammys and an MTV Video Music Award. In 2011, she was appointed as an Officer of the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II for her continued political and social activist, having raised money and awareness for HIV/AIDS affecting women and children in Africa.
