Balancing raw power with a social conscience, Kojey Radical is one of British hip-hop's most promising talents. His brand of thought-provoking alternative hip-hop has been gaining plaudits ever since he broke on the scene in 2014, thanks in part to a live show which is as energetic as it is hard-hitting. The East London-based rapper and mixed media visual artist broke onto the scene in 2014, after starting out as a spoken word artist while studying Fashion Illustration at the London College of Fashion. After his graduation, Radical released his first project Dear Daisy: Opium in 2014, a record which showcased his thoughtful lyrics, dark beats and passionate delivery. Two more EPs have followed since Radical's emergence, 2016's 23Winters and 2017's In God's Body. He has regularly collaborated with other artists on songs such as 'Coming Home', 'One Night Only and ''97', and in early 2018 he released his collaboration with Mahalia, 'Water', which later featured on the FIFA 19 soundtrack. Radical is an invigorating and charismatic stage presence. A show of his is not to be missed.
