When it comes to piano-driven pop rock, you can’t do better than The Feeling. The five-piece have been mainstays in British music for over a decade since rising to fame with the singles ‘Sewn’, ‘Fill My Little World’ and ‘Never Be Lonely’ in 2006. The Feeling are now back after a brief hiatus and ready to thrill crowds again.
The Feeling formed in the late 1990s after the band’s various members met at school in Crawley, West Sussex and at the BRIT School in Croydon, working as session musicians for years before coming together as a group. The band were eventually signed by Island Records and released their debut album Twelve Stops And Home in 2006, reaching No. 2 in the UK Albums Chart. They topped that achievement two years later when their second album Join With Us reached No. 1 in 2008.
Since then The Feeling have become stalwarts of the British music scene, releasing three more albums: Together We Were Made (2011), Boy Cried Wolf (2013), and their latest album The Feeling in 2016. The pop-rockers are now heading out on tour with shows in Manchester, Glasgow, London and Cardiff. Make sure not to miss them.
