Based in the Surrey town of Camberley, Camberley Theatre is the town’s main arts venue. Owned and managed by Surrey Heath Borough Council, Camberly Theatre boasts an eclectic programme including live drama, music, comedy and an annual pantomime, as well as events for the annual Camberley International Festival. Camberley Theatre’s largest performance space regularly welcomes many touring professional productions and is capable of seating up to 400 people in a theatre style, or 520 in a standing capacity. The venue also features a function room capable of welcoming up to 100 people and a sprung wooden floor dance studio. Camberley Theatre prides itself on the pantomime it hosts for the community each year, and the quality of artists it is able to attract to the town for the Camberley International Festival. Recent visitors to Camberley Theatre include folk groups The Unthanks, dancer Giovanni Pernice and impressionist Jon Culshaw.
